Diamonds are forever, forever, forever... Remember this song? I guess you are, but I'm not talking about diamond stone. This is about diamond saw blade, cutting tools, hammer etc. It's summer and everyone's are planning to go beaches but not me. I will find some carpenters or laborers for my empty garage and build a construction shop. Ops! I'm not into illegal logging alright! We have a mango farm with coconut trees on the perimeter but some of the trees are dead because of too many typhoon that we have been experienced last year like 'Ondoy' and didn't have time to visit the farm because of my work here in Manila.
Constraction Shop is one of my Dad's simple dream to build beside our house but it didn't happen because I was not there to help him out with that project. I am working far from home and I'm only the boy in the family. Anyway, I will be the one whole continue to do that project he started to plan.
So, I will be needing some bunch of constraction tools and supplies like high speed grinders, second-hand machine, grinding machine and cutting tools like, manual saw and high speed motor with diamond saw blade, carbides etc.
It's sound like a I'm gonna need form to loan for this..:)
It was op-eds in some newspaper all over the globe and in TV news about the Google's disengage from China. While few viewpoints offer a holistic examination of a complex issue that goes beyond the business sphere, the majority applaud Google's shift as salutary to enhancing democracy in the Asian country.
The query nowadays in the western hemisphere is whether China can live without Google.
Many respond by the negative, citing, among others, the infancy of the country's technology infrastructure and its limited number of qualified engineers; some even posit metaphorically that Beijing will be "in the darkness" after such exit.
Truth be told, China needs Google far less than the opposite. Hence, to the inverse question - can Google live without China? - the reasonable answer becomes yes.
Strategically, there is a superfluity of arguments attesting that the Mountain View, California-based technology mammoth is following the wrong path in handling its Chinese conundrum. Some of these arguments are specifically endogenous to the firm, whereas others are more varied in nature and closely inherent to the macro-environment in which the firm evolves.
Google does not divulge the size nor the profitability of its China business but it can be inferred, from the country ca. 400 million internet users, that Google.cn - its local portal - contributes a hefty part of the overall bottom line.
Gauging the firm's scope of business in Mao's republic implies factoring not only core search revenues but also the ancillary business derived from joint-ventures in Asia and Google's own commercial undertakings.
The firm cannot ignore the potential cash-cow that Chinese internet users represent and the competitive pre-eminence that a local presence can proffer. The recent announcement from Google to move its local servers from the mainland to Hong Kong and end its censorship of searches does a disservice to the firm's core business strategy because Google needs to be in China to win in the Chinese market, irrespective of the notorious practices of the nation's economic climate.
Therefore, Ed Burnette is accurate in reiterating this viewpoint.
It is very momentous to acknowledge that China's economic practices are far from fair and its socio-political system may at times be antithetical to paradigms experienced in other parts of the world. That China is not a democracy is commonplace rhetoric, yet many, if not all, Fortune 100 companies are keen to put basic tenets about free speech into oblivion and open a Chinese subsidiary.
Geostrategic factors at the macro-economic level are those that Google should pay thorough attention to. The firm is a leader in its industry and possesses reliable friends within the Obama administration - Andrew McLaughlin, its former head of global public policy, is currently the Deputy U.S. Chief Technology Officer in the Executive Office of the President. Yet, a company by itself cannot represent a major strategic player in the much larger and complex continuum of US - China relations.
Politicians are very economical with the truth when it comes to China. While they occasionally resort to rhetorical dissent vis-a-vis Beijing's transgressions on democracy and issues relating to free speech, they all keep legendarily mum when it comes to coupling business with ethics.
They shouldn't be necessarily blamed because there's a variety of sibylline elements that make up transnational relations, and bi- or multi-lateral issues are not always simplistic with crystal clear solutions.
If Google pulls out of the mainland, it stands to lose billions of dollars in core revenues and collateral business. It will lose its dominance in the regional search business and such economic void will attract other rivals, which in the end will cripple the firm's global market share.
This doom scenario is far from a Hollywood sci-fi episode. If Google exits, locals (such as Baidu) and major rivals like Microsoft's Bing and Yahoo will doubtless grab the manna. Alternatively, new entrants may easily imitate the firm's search model and take advantage of local authorities' reprimand and develop their business.
There is a long list of Western multinationals operating in the mainland despite repeated protests from human rights activists. Think McDonald's, Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Citibank, etc.
Collateral losses for Google are already reflecting China's angry reaction after the search engine made its announcement; news media reported so far that Chinese mobile phone companies will drop Google or Android, its new mobile operating system.

When I was in grade school one of my dream is to have a brand new car aside from owning a house and lot with beautiful wife and loving kids. Wish me luck! lol. Why not?! I have a regular job but I cannot afford to buy that one yet. One of my wish-list is to have a brand new car but I don't know when that going to happen. There are too many options on how to get and buy a new car and I was just thinking about auto loans.
I consulted my fellow worker about it for second opinion and you know what? He is also planning to get a new car via auto loans as well and I think it is a great idea. He also said that auto loan is no longer hard, its easy to apply and fast.
What I will do now is think which car to pick and it should be dark in color, gas efficient, do some road test and to find an auto loan financing institution and request for some auto loan quotation with immediate approval without delay of course!
Nowadays, many people are enjoying the latest advanced in home entertainment appliance such as LCD TV's, LCD multimedia monitors are the things that pleasurable form for relaxation and recreation. But spending too much time with this electronics has reflect disadvantages to our eyes according to American Academy Ophthalmology(AAO). The extensive home viewing can cause permanent or physical damage to our eyes. So, if you notice something discomfort feeling in your eye, such as eye strain or blurred vision then you have to find your doctor or an Optometrist to get some eyeglasses to wear and protect your eye. Wearing eyeglasses is one of the pointer, if you're going to watch movies or your favorite premier program with advanced LCD's.
Below information are some pointers on how to establish viewing essentials that can minimize, if not prevent, eye stress before jumping the switch off button of the remote control.
- Pay heed to ‘mild symptoms’. Asthenopia or eye strain is a collection of symptoms that may include eye fatigue and discomfort, tearing, blurring of vision and headaches arising from use of the eyes. It may be genetically or developmentally acquired. Granting that there are no other ophthalmologic problems such as refractive or eye muscular disorders, eye strain could be due to tedious visual tasks like reading, computer work and watching television,” Other common red flags to watch out for, he adds, include eye tiredness and irritation such as redness, tearing, blurring of vision and headaches.
- Beware of too much ‘glare’. Although it is needless to point out that proper diet, regular checkups, and good health habits help maintain good visual acuity and excellent eye health, I maintains that watching television in a room with poor lighting poses greater visual discomfort than sitting too close to the display, due to the large difference in luminance between the television screen and the room’s dark background. Especially when there is too much glare being emitted through the screen, the natural tendency of the eyes would be to work extra hard to be able to create a clearer image.
- Mind proper distance. Even though there is no fixed rule to determine the optimum viewing distance but in an ophthalmologist’s point of view, it is dependent on personal preference and comfort. You can move away from the TV if your eyes begin to tire but stay in a distance where you can comfortably read the text in the screen without squinting.
- Check out if your LCD has beneficial features. But the debate whether prolonged TV exposure is bad for the eyes is a different matter, especially so with the current advancements in LCDs which hold beneficial advantages to the eyes. One such breakthrough is the invention of some TV's with the NaturaLIGHT technology (NLT). As affirmed in the AAO research which said that the polarization of light reduces harmful glare, With the NaturaLIGHT technology works perfectly along the same ideals by converting horizontal light waves emitted by the LCD to circularly polarized light. By eliminating harmful glare, it dramatically reduces the LCD panel light stimulus on the eyes and avoids visual fatigue caused by long TV watching.
Google Adsense Launched new capability in AdSense allowing Google-certified ad networks compete directly within AdSense, which means that advertisers from these third-party networks will be able to compete with AdWords advertisers to show on the Google Content Network.
These new capabilities will automatically be enabled for every publisher account, and you'll see a new section in your Ad Review Center where you can allow or block specific ad networks or all networks except AdWords. Please note that we'll gradually be adding new ad networks to AdSense accounts over the next few months, so you won't see any immediate impact on your ads or your earnings.
To ensure the quality of the ads that appear on AdSense publisher websites, Google will certify all participating ad networks for adherence to our standards for user privacy, ad quality, and speed. Some participating ad networks use targeting methods similar to Google's interest-based advertising to show more relevant ads to users on the sites they visit. These ad networks won't be permitted to collect data from your site for the purpose of subsequent interest-based advertising, but we'll allow networks that comply with user privacy guidelines to show ads using these tools. Publishers can opt out of user interest targeting from these ad networks, and Google has changed our requirements for third-party ad serving to reflect this.
The Google Certified Ad Networks is currently available in North-America and Europe only. But Google said that this feature will make available to ad networks in additional parts of the world in the near future.
Most of us consider shoes made or styled in Italy as the ultimate in fashion. When we say Italian shoes it conjures a picture of good craftsmanship, style and quality. Italian designers are the most acclaimed footwear designers in the world. The Italian designers perfectly understand the anatomy of the leg and foot so they make shoes look their best.
Italian footwear is available in several varieties such as full length boots, slip-ons, mid-calf boots, sandals, loafers and wedges. When selecting Italian shoes, care should be taken to avoid the tasteless, shiny and creaky shoes which many merchants try to pass on as finest Italian shoes.
The Italians are still using the traditional methods of shoemaking and tanning which indicates that good materials are used for the lining and uppers which are hand sewn. Even though such hand crafted shoes should cost higher than the shoes produced on a large scale using machinery, due to the severe competition from Far Eastern shoe makers who also offer hand crafted shoes, the Italians are forced to offer good quality shoes at cheaper prices without compromising on quality.
There are different styles of men’s Italian shoes such as handmade black leather Oxford shoes, black Italian Oxford dress shoes, men's dark brown leather Oxford shoes, men's dark brown lace-up shoes and brown calf leather Oxford shoes. The prices of these shoes range from the low $330 to the high $560.
Brunori men's black Italian ankle strap boots are classic boots with elastic gore insets. These black coloured shoes are made from genuine leather and boast style, quality and fine craftsmanship. When ordering these shoes, care must be taken to select the correct size since the sizes run large. Select a size smaller than your regular size for a good fitting. These shoes are priced around $480

Saving money on our summer energy bill is not only great for the family budget, but is also beneficial to the community. It takes only a few simple steps to cut your energy bill by as much as 20%-50%.
Saving energy doesn't have to be as painful as sunburn, nor does it have to cost much money or time. It has more to do with changing a few energy-wasting habits. And where costs are involved - such as having your cooling system checked annually by a professional - the expense can be offset by making your system more efficient and longer-lasting.
1.) Close draperies or shades during the day to block the sun.
2.) Keep cool air in by installing insulation and weather stripping.
3.) Cook on the grill to keep cooking heat outside. When using the stove, vent heat outside with a range hood.
4.) Use a microwave instead of an oven. Microwaves use less than half the power of a conventional oven and cook food in about one-fourth the time.
5.) Use the air-dry feature on dishwashers.
6.) Service air conditioners annually and change the filter regularly. Use a programmable thermostat to regulate the temperature in your home, and turn air conditioners off when no one is home.
7.) Use cold water rather than hot when doing laundry. You will save about 85% of the energy it takes to wash clothes.
8.) Use washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers after 7pm when energy costs are lower in most places.
9.) Save energy by using the fast rather than slow spinning cycle when drying clothes, since the fast cycle removes more water.
10.) Switch to fluorescent lights that use on-third of the energy than incandescent lights.
Remember that appliances account for about 20% of your household's energy consumption. A new energy-efficient refrigerator could save from $35 to $70 a year compared to models of 15 years ago. This amounts to between $525 and $1,050 during the average 15-year life of the unit.
Remind your family of the steps, and implement them into your life.

Besides being a good communication tool, blogging is also a great way to make money. If you're new to blogging and yet want to start quickly, there are several business models you can try for maximum results in a short time. This article discussed the three most popular methods. The first method is get paid to blog. Using this method, you create your blog and add a few good articles to it. Then you signup with paid blogging networks like Pay Per Post or Review Me and see what "opportunities" are available. These networks are filled with advertisers looking for blogger who can help them spread the word, and they are willing to pay. Accept the opportunity, write about it on your blog, and you get paid.
The second method is AdSense WordPress blogs and it requires a little more technical know-how. You need to build a WordPress blog on a specific niche topic, and start writing some good content on it. At the same time, try to get links from other blogs by leaving comment on the blogs or by doing a link exchange with the blogger. The objective is to get more traffic who will click on your AdSense ads and make you money.
The third and most sophisticated method is affiliate marketing with WordPress blogs. Again, you set-up a good WordPress blog but with this model the amount of content you publish is not as important as the "selling quality" of the content. Each post you write must pre-sell the web visitor and convince him to click on your affiliate links. When the visitor makes a purchase online after that, you get credited for the sale and earn commissions.
Ultimately, which model you choose depends on how much time and resources you can dedicate to creating and managing your blogs. Your best bet is to choose a low-investment option at first. When you get the hang of it, you can venture into other blogging models as well.

Almost anyone can create a website these days, but only a select few will be able to maintain enough traffic for their site to be considered successful. Maintaining and increasing traffic to your website may not be a priority if you only have your website for personal purposes. If you run your business through your website however, increasing traffic can mean a world of difference. Chances are if you are on a tight budget, advertising is not a great option for you. There are ways to advertise your website without paying any fees. One great way to get your website address out there is through a blog. There are several ways to use a blog to increase website traffic. Take a look below to get a few ideas that will help you get started.
Before you begin, you will need to decide whether you want to create your own blog, or utilize the blogs of others for your task. There are advantages to both methods. Creating your own blog can be a lot of fun, but it also takes a little time. There are several great websites that offer free blogs to those who choose to create their own. The free websites often have extremely simple steps to use that will help you get your blog rolling right away, allowing even those with limited computer skills to create a blog in less than an hour. You may want to read on to see which methods of blog use you want to try before determining whether you want your own blog or not.
One of the best ways to increase traffic to your website using a blog is by using search terms. This can be done in several ways; however you probably will want to create your own blog for these. To utilize search terms, you need to post them on your blog or throughout articles on your blog. For example, if your website is about fishing and you want to target fishermen, then you can post articles containing fishing terms on your blog. You can even simply post lists of fishing terms on your blog as well. When fishermen get online and do searches for these terms, chances are they will be led to a link to your blog. At that point, you will need to also post many links to your fishing website. This will possibly draw the fishermen in and get them to click on the link to your website. When using the search engine approach, you will need to find software that allows you to see exactly which search engines are most popular. Then you can cater your search engine lists and articles to fit the most popular words. Blogs are perfect for search engine terms and articles because you can literally post anything you want on a blog without it being inappropriate. Even professional websites use this approach and it has been found to be one of the most effective out there. Not to mention, it is free for you to utilize.
Another way to use a blog to increase traffic to your website is simply by posting. This can be done on other blogs that you read as well. In the comments area, you can post a response to blogs you read that includes your website link. This should only be done when you are writing a legitimate comment however. Otherwise, if you simply use the comment line for your personal ad space, you will deter many people from clicking on your link due to it being considered rude. Just read as many blogs a day as you can, make legitimate comments, and include your website link in your signature. This is a fast way to get an increase in traffic.
No matter if you want to use your own blog or someone else’s blog to help you increase traffic to your website, blogs are effective in doing so. You can use blogs at no cost and create pathways for new traffic that you otherwise would never be able to reach and attract. As you probably know, the success of your website depends largely on the amount of traffic it receives. Therefore, focusing on the amount of traffic you should attract is an important aspect of running your website.
