Mayors in some major cities in Metro Manila are offering their constituents for a Free a Live Telecast under Solar Sports Pay-Per-View in some covered courts and gymnasium, just to support and cheer the Filipino's Pride Manny Pacquiao. And that's a good news to those who cannot afford to pay and watch in major cinemas..:)
