Peping in Pangasinan

Because of persistence of storms Peping, my countrymen in Pangasinan is also sunk in extensive flooding. Gov. Amado Espino recently announced and assured that the flooding in Metro Manila caused by Typhoon Ondoy will not be happen in Pangasinan.
If that happen, "there's a lot of places to go and they will be response by their rescue teams by the flood victims will be a lot easier", the governor said.
I was just wondering why until now there's still stranded in the rooftop of SM Rosales and seeking for help?!
I was just edited this article and changed the title to Peping in Pangasinan instead of Ondoy in pangasinan because I was trauma with Ondoy! lol.

pare hindi nman ondoy ang tumama sa pangasinan,,,kundi pepeng pare!!!!
Are you from Pangasinan Sir? Well, those two, Ondoy and Pepeng, just showed our government inefficiencies, err, our inefficiencies from urban planning and zoning, disaster preparations to relief operations, etc.
